Just Keep Going ...

I have cut back in my snacking. I try not to eat after 8pm. And I've been trying to go to sleep early also. That one is tough because Ted & I lay in bed playing on our phones ... or he plays & I read. 
I have challenged myself to read 100 books this year. So along with wanting to loose 100 pounds ...
 100 is my number for 2021 ;)
