1st of the year!

4.5 miles this week on my bike. It's not a lot but hey, I'm at least doing that much. I know I need to push myself more. I am moving around and getting more done around the house here lately.  

I'm trying to motivate myself. 
It's crazy how hard it can be to just MOVE around. I get light headed very easily anymore. It's frustrating when I want to do something but I have to stop and rest because my chest starts to hurt and I literally start sweating like I've been running a 5k. It's crazy how I have started doing this in such a short time. It's scarry. I'm hoping to get some answers at my dr appt that's coming up.
